Mark Anderson

Photo of Mark AndersonPianist Mark Anderson returns to Trinity Concerts performing the profoundly evocative Miriors by Ravel. Also on the program will be rarely (if ever!) heard late 18th Century romantic gems by the the “Dutch Brahms” Julius Röntgen and the great conductor and pianist Hans von Bülow. Get a sneak listen of the Röntgen works before he records them in May for Nimbus Records!

Trinity Concerts present solo and small ensemble works from ancient to modern by Bay Area performers. We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse program of performances that expands the possibilities of what is considered chamber music, and in doing so have included familiar works from the established Baroque, Classical, Romantic and 20th Century repertoire alongside seldom-performed works from the past and works of contemporary composers and improvisers.

Concerts are held in Trinity Chapel, 2320 Dana Street between Bancroft Way & Durant Avenue in Berkeley, California–one block from the U.C. Berkeley Campus. Trinity Chapel is wheelchair accessible. Our concert season runs from September thru June. Each season offers us the opportunity to work with a wonderful group of musicians from diverse backgrounds and to bridge some of the cultural barriers that have developed between performers and audiences of various genres.
